I'm not sad and I'm glad that my first gamejam was at s&box and the kind of team I put together. Now I understood two mistakes:
1 - I'm not ready to be a leader yet
2 - Discipline is very important, better 6 hours every day than heavy development to fit in the last 30 hours
I'm disbanding Ambi Team and I'm on my own. I have problems and goals I want to accomplish, including s&box related ones, so, I'm not saying goodbye.
