Hunters are what SF2 refer to as Bosses.

Slenderman had some terrible outdated code that didn't care for anything, aside from teleporting in a radius around a primary target. Doesn't matter if that position would be outside of the map, inside of walls, other colliders, etc etc.

Obviously, that's not good. So now he actually cares about the map's NavMesh. He should never be able to teleport into stupid places unless the NavMesh generated wrong.

This also means that adding other bosses that can move and pathfind is piss easy.
